moodsmilano.com uses the PayPal Express Checkout and Stripe Virtual POS which guarantee the highest international security standards. Through PayPal it is possible to pay with any credit card, without any commission even if you do not have a PayPal account. If paying directly by credit card without using PayPal's virtual POS, simply follow the instructions to confirm and complete the order.

To guarantee the highest security standard, moodsmilano.com is not aware of your credit card details. Only the service manager is aware of this data (PayPal - Stripe)

Shipping

The shipping times indicated below must be added to the time necessary to have the item available for shipping, approximately 2/3 working days. Shipping to Italy is carried out with different carriers chosen based on the shipping speed of the courier. As a rough guide, delivery times never exceed 8/10 working days. The goods are delivered to the street level.

Free shipping throughout Italy with non-express courier for orders over €100.00. For orders under €100.00 there is a contribution to shipping costs of €8.50. For Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and islands, delivery may take a few additional days.

Furthermore, it is also possible to choose the collection method at our Store in via Cesare Cesariano, 6 - 20154 Milan. This mode is totally free. (The office will reopen on Tuesday 29 August 2023)

For shipments throughout Europe (EU), delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination (generally delivery in 8/10 working days) and a cost of €20.00 is expected.
