The General Conditions of Sale reported below apply exclusively to the Italian territory and regulate the offer and sale of products on our website (moodsmilano.com) 

1. Mandatory General Information

2. Terms and Conditions of Purchase
2.1 The offers published on moodsmilano.com are available for a limited time and with limited quantities of products. The validity date of the offer is indicated on the Site.
2.2 All prices indicated on moodsmilano.com are expressed in Euros (€) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are explicitly indicated for each product before purchase and are also to be considered inclusive of VAT.
2.3 MI79 SrlS reserves the right to refuse orders from users who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or with whom disputes are pending.
2.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. The user is required to ascertain the final sales price before completing the purchase using the relevant order form. 

3. Guarantee of product conformity
3.1 The descriptions of the products offered by moodsmilano.com are based on the information provided by the suppliers. Furthermore, the information provided on each product, as well as its photographs and videos, are published for information purposes, as are all commercial names, trademarks or distinctive symbols of any kind contained in the pages of the site
3.2 Pursuant to articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code, any product with manufacturing defects enjoys the same conditions provided for by the right of withdrawal legislation. 

4. Payments
4.1 The balance of purchases is made using one of the methods indicated in the order form (such as PayPal, credit card or prepaid card).
4.2 For greater security, only our payment service provider has access to the data of the card used for payment, while moodsmilano.com and MI79 SrlS have no possibility of knowing or storing such data.
4.3 In the event that payment is refused, the order will be automatically cancelled. 

5. Shipments
5.1 The products for which the order has been accepted by the seller will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the purchase order, by courier.
5.2 The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer, according to the rates and costs indicated at the time of purchase 

6. Responsibility
6.1 MI79 SrlS is not responsible in case of damage, of any nature, deriving from the installation and/or use of the product in an improper manner and/or not compliant with the instructions provided by the manufacturer as well as in case of damage deriving from fortuitous circumstances or force greater.
6.2 MI79 SrlS will not be responsible in the event of loss of revenues, profits, data or any other indirect damage of any nature deriving from or in any way connected to the contracts subject to the General Conditions.
6.3 The liability of MI79 SrlS , in any case, cannot exceed the total value of the purchase order. 

7. Suspension of Service
7.1 MI79 SrlS reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior communication, the provision of the Services for the time strictly necessary for the technical interventions necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of the Services themselves.
7.2 MI79 SrlS may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the Service if there are justified security reasons or violations of confidentiality, in which case notifying the user. 

8 Applicable laws The General Conditions of Sale are regulated by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. 

9 Updates 
These General Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes.
